Where We Are Right Now.
Bodytruth Family Farms Educational Foundation, Inc. was incorporated in 2026. We are in active pre-launch — programs designed, cohorts scheduled, methodology documented and patent-pending. Our first cohort begins July 28, 2026.
The numbers on this page are projected — based on our cohort model, our methodology's track record through FundReady LLC, and conservative estimates grounded in what we know about the population we serve. We will update this page with real data as each cohort completes.
A note on projected numbers: We present projections not as certainty but as documented targets — the outcomes we are designing toward, the benchmarks we will hold ourselves accountable to, and the evidence base we will build from. Funders and partners can expect these projections to be updated with real cohort data beginning Q4 2026.
If We Do This, That Happens.
A Theory of Change is not a hope. It is a documented logic — the causal chain between what we do and what we believe will result. This is ours.
We enroll participants with ideas, land, or enterprises at any stage
Aspiring growers, aspiring entrepreneurs, community builders, and veterans — ages 18–59 — who have been excluded from conventional business development programs because they don't fit existing eligibility criteria. No boxes required.
We deliver 40 hours of structured capital readiness training
Over 8 weeks, participants investigate their own context — their land, their production systems, their community, their constraints — and build a Capital Plan, Fundable Assets, and documented systems grounded in their specific reality, not a template.
Participants leave with cognitive capacity, not just documents
The goal is not a completed business plan. The goal is a person who can think like the architect of their own enterprise — who can evaluate opportunities, make decisions with incomplete information, and rebuild when circumstances change.
That capacity translates into fundable, operational enterprises
Participants who understand their own enterprise structure qualify for capital sources previously inaccessible to them — grants, CDFI loans, government contracts, and earned income streams. The infrastructure they built makes the doors open.
Those enterprises generate community wealth and food sovereignty
Each operational enterprise creates employment, grows food, builds local economic infrastructure, and demonstrates a replicable model. Over time, the knowledge spreads — through Earth Keepers, through participants who become mentors, through communities that build what they watched one person build.
What We Are Building Toward.
Three cohorts. Conservative baseline of 12 participants per cohort. These are the outcomes we are designing for and will report against.

What We Will Measure
During Cohort — Leading Indicators
- →Cohort completion rate (target: 85%+)
- →Capital Plans completed per cohort
- →CapScore baseline and end-of-cohort score
- →Participant self-reported confidence (pre/post survey)
- →Number of Fundable Assets produced
6–12 Months After — Lagging Indicators
- →Capital secured by participants (grants, loans, contracts)
- →Enterprises launched or formalized
- →Revenue generated by participant enterprises
- →Jobs created within participant enterprises
- →Participants who return as Earth Keepers or mentors
What Scales.
The FundReady methodology is not location-dependent. Bootcamps are delivered online. A participant in Southeast Michigan is in the same cohort as a participant in Atlanta or Kansas City. The Land Enterprise track is the only program component that requires physical land — and that is the component we are actively building toward in Southeast Michigan.
At 18–24 participants per cohort — our aspirational target — three cohorts serve 54–72 people in Year One. At organizational scale with partner delivery through CDFIs and workforce development organizations, the methodology reaches hundreds of participants annually without requiring proportional growth in Foundation staffing.
That is what a replicable methodology makes possible. That is what we are building.
