If You See What
We See — Let's Build.
We are looking for partners who are already doing aligned work and want to do more of it — together. If that's you, the door is open.
Four Ways to Build Together.
Every partnership is different. Tell us who you are and what you're working on — we'll figure out where we fit.
Bring FundReady to Your Clients.
Workforce development nonprofits, veteran service organizations, CDFIs, reentry programs, community colleges, and urban agriculture organizations whose clients would benefit from FundReady bootcamp delivery. We bring the methodology and the impact reporting. You bring the community. Your participants leave with a Capital Plan or Grant Readiness Package — and your organization receives funder-grade cohort documentation ready for grant compliance and board reporting.
Your Land. A Living Classroom.
We are actively seeking 5 to 10+ acres in Southeast Michigan for the Land Enterprise Collaborative — a working farm incubator where bootcamp graduates implement their Capital Plans in real agricultural conditions. Open fields or mixed parcels. Does not need to be actively farmed. Access to water is a plus. A willing landowner is the only requirement. We are open to lease, partnership, donation, or land trust arrangements.
Fund the Infrastructure, Not Just the Program.
Foundations, individual major donors, and corporate sponsors aligned with food sovereignty, veteran entrepreneurship, workforce development, community wealth building, land access, or neurodiversity and inclusive program design. 501(c)(3) status pending — fiscal sponsorship arrangements available for time-sensitive funding opportunities. The bootcamp programs are operating now. The infrastructure is being built in real time.
Send Us the Ones You Can't Help. We Can.
Every workforce development organization, CDFI, and community program has eligibility restrictions — geographic boundaries, revenue thresholds, business stage requirements, or funding mandates that leave people out. The person with a real idea and a roadmap who doesn't fit your criteria. The one you have to turn away not because they aren't ready, but because they don't check the right boxes.
Send them to us. We don't have boxes. We have a bootcamp. And we built it specifically for the people who fall through every other program's eligibility criteria. Your referral to BFFEF is not a dead end for them — it's the beginning of the infrastructure they needed all along.
Bring FundReady to Your Clients.
The FundReady methodology is available for subcontract delivery. If your organization works with aspiring entrepreneurs, veterans, community builders, or nonprofit leaders — we can run a bootcamp cohort for your participants, on your timeline, branded as a partnership or as a standalone Foundation program.
This is not a licensing arrangement that requires you to train your own staff. We deliver. You refer. Your clients leave with a Capital Plan or Grant Readiness Package. And at the close of every cohort, your organization receives a full cohort impact report — funder-grade documentation with outcomes, participant data, and program results that you can use directly for grant compliance, board reporting, and program evaluation. It's the most complete cohort reporting we've seen in workforce development, and it's included with every cohort we run on your behalf.
Capital Readiness Cohort
For aspiring entrepreneurs and community builders. 8 weeks · 40 hours · 5 hours per week. Capital Plan and Fundable Asset as deliverables.
Veteran Entrepreneurship Cohort
Purpose-built for veterans. Eligible for VA VR&E funding support. 8 weeks · 40 hours. Turns service into enterprise.
Grant Readiness Cohort
For nonprofits and mission-driven organizations. Builds the internal infrastructure that makes funding sustainable — not just for this grant cycle, but permanently.

Your Land. A Living Classroom.
The Land Enterprise Collaborative is the hands-on implementation environment where bootcamp graduates take their Capital Plans into real conditions — growing food, operating enterprises, and validating what they built in the classroom. We are in active site selection in Southeast Michigan.
If you own or steward land and want to see it used for something that matters — we want to hear from you. We are not looking for perfect farmland. We are looking for a willing partner and a piece of ground that can become something extraordinary.
What We're Looking For
5 to 10+ acres in Southeast Michigan. Open fields or mixed parcels. Does not need to be actively farmed. Access to water is a plus. Willing landowner is the only requirement.
Arrangement Options
Long-term lease, partnership agreement, land donation, land trust arrangement, or a hybrid model. We are flexible and will work with what makes sense for you and for the land.
What Land Partners Receive
A mission-aligned, documented use of their land. Recognition on the Foundation's website and program materials. A long-term relationship with a growing nonprofit. And the knowledge that their land is growing something that lasts.
Timeline
The bootcamp programs are operating now — no land required. The LEC incubator launches when land is secured. The sooner we find the right partner, the sooner that happens.
